great stay at Tyler's place, I have no complaints at all. we had one small inconvenience thay was not at fault of Tyler at all , but I was handled immediately. Couldn't be happier. Great host.

Great place with a number of nice touches. Our extended family's 3-night stay went very well. Loved all the bedrooms and the game space downstairs. Good location, not far from highway and yet in a nice neighborhood. Was responsive to questions friendly in contact. Some bedrooms could use a few more outlets, but the 8 tv's are a plenty for any group (including one per bedroom). Lots of pillows and nice towels. Made more use of the hot tub and golf bay than we expected. Easy place to stay for a large group.

The place was nice for the price we paid, and the beds were comfortable. There were three of us, and it slept everyone comfortably. One thing to be aware of is that there is only one full bathroom on the second level where most of the bedrooms are located. The second bathroom on the main level is quite small, so this could be a consideration if you have several guests. The home was clean, and the furnishings were well maintained. One thing we hadn’t encountered before is a $15 per hour fee for early check-in before 4:00 PM. We usually plan to arrive around check-in time but sometimes arrive early 3:30ish and like to drop off our bags, so it’s something to keep in mind when planning your travel.

Very respectful, loved the home would definitely stay again. Super cheap for how nice it was !! the host helped with a lot, forgot some stuff and the cleaners looked & found it all 💙. 100% recommend!

Tyler was an excellent host! My fiancée and I had a wonderful time staying there with our two pups. Tyler was very quick to respond to any questions or issues that may have come up during our stay. All in all, I recommend this place to everyone if you are thinking about staying in Des Moines or Altoona!

I travel for work and usually stay in Bnb's or hotels for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. This stay was just a 2 day stay on my way home for some down time but I sure wish we could have stayed longer. It was a perfect stay! The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. And everything we needed was provided. I'd give Tyler's place 6 stars if I could. Dont wait....book it now if you're in the area!

The house and host were very hospitable. Tyler was always responsive and took care of any needs right away. The amenities of the house are well provided. We had everything we needed for a seven day stay between the 6 guests staying. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and would stay again.

Rented this house for hosting a bunch of family for a funeral. It was really nice having the large living room with lots of seating, plus additional gathering areas - outside deck, hottub, game room - with separate bedrooms for folks to retreat to. It worked very well for our needs.

We stayed at Tyler's place while visiting family nearby. It was a great location for easy travel to Des Moines and Ankeny. There's a school across the street and my kids liked being able to play on the playground (after school hours). Fareway and Hy-Vee are both close by for quick access to groceries. We had a few small hiccups (outside of Tyler's control) but he was always quick to respond and remedy the situation. We'd stay here again in the future.
