We had a Fabulous time!!! Plenty of space to spread out. Tons of local food /bars/restaurants, as well as shopping. The home itself made you not even need /want to leave ….thank goodness because we were snowed in for a day, with plenary to do!!! I would also like to note; in all of my stays anywhere this home by far had the MOST TOWELS and lines ever provided!!! All the amenities were in abundance. My husband throughly enjoyed golfing with our sons while I favored to hot tub with our daughters, and all of the kids loved the game room. This house has it all even the amazing proximity of a Tasty Tacos!!! We would definitely book again!

We loved this beautiful, historic home right in the middle of central Ames. We were blocks away from the historic downtown area, and just a few minutes drive from ISU campus. The house has been updated and modernized, but is still very cozy. Everyone in our group loved the beds in the rooms. Tyler was a great host- very responsive, friendly, and proactive with instructions. It was about as perfect as an AirBnb can be. Highly recommend!

This place was bright, cheerful, and clean, with comfortable beds, lots of fresh towels, and plenty of toilet paper. Kitchen was well stocked and a functional bonus was the laundry in the basement, which was helpful. The location was nice and the playground across the street was a perk for a family! One downside was some industrial noise starting around 5 AM. But overall a great place to stay!

Tyler’s place was perfect for our family’s visit to Ames to spend time with our ISU student. We had everything we needed to relax, hang out together, and have a few home cooked meals. Extra points for having sharp knives! Because of food allergies, we often cook when we travel so I always appreciate when the kitchen equipment is in great condition.

Tyler was a great host! super helpful and responsive! the house was so cute and had the coolest amenities like the golf simulator! When i’m back in the area next year i will 100% try to rent again!

great stay at Tyler's place, I have no complaints at all. we had one small inconvenience thay was not at fault of Tyler at all , but I was handled immediately. Couldn't be happier. Great host.

Great place with a number of nice touches. Our extended family's 3-night stay went very well. Loved all the bedrooms and the game space downstairs. Good location, not far from highway and yet in a nice neighborhood. Was responsive to questions friendly in contact. Some bedrooms could use a few more outlets, but the 8 tv's are a plenty for any group (including one per bedroom). Lots of pillows and nice towels. Made more use of the hot tub and golf bay than we expected. Easy place to stay for a large group.

The place was nice for the price we paid, and the beds were comfortable. There were three of us, and it slept everyone comfortably. One thing to be aware of is that there is only one full bathroom on the second level where most of the bedrooms are located. The second bathroom on the main level is quite small, so this could be a consideration if you have several guests. The home was clean, and the furnishings were well maintained. One thing we hadn’t encountered before is a $15 per hour fee for early check-in before 4:00 PM. We usually plan to arrive around check-in time but sometimes arrive early 3:30ish and like to drop off our bags, so it’s something to keep in mind when planning your travel.

Very respectful, loved the home would definitely stay again. Super cheap for how nice it was !! the host helped with a lot, forgot some stuff and the cleaners looked & found it all 💙. 100% recommend!
